ANGEL LIME DESSERT 
1 9-inch tube angel food cake
1 pkg. lime Jello
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/3 c. boiling water
1/3 c. lime juice
Few drops green food coloring
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
1 1/3 c. coconut, optional

Trim brown crumbs from cake and cut in bite-size cubes. Dissolve Jello and sugar in boiling water. Add lime juice and food coloring; chill until partially thickened. Fold in whipped cream and coconut (if desired). Place half the cake in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Pour half the Jello mixture over this, repeat layers. Chill several hours or overnight.
