HAM-SPINACH ROLL-UPS 
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
1/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
8 thin slices cooked ham
3 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix

In mixing bowl, combine soup, mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice, and curry powder. Remove half cup of sauce and set aside. Mix 1/2 cup of sauce with the spinach and Worcestershire sauce. Divide spinach mixture among ham slices. Roll up and set aside. Prepare stuffing according to package directions; spoon into 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inch baking dish. Place ham rolls, seam side down, atop stuffing. Spoon remaining sauce over all. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 20-30 minutes more. Serves 4-6.
