CREAMED VEGETABLES 
1 1/2 lbs. potatoes (fresh or not)
1 1/2 c. beans (opt.)
1 1/2 c. peas and shells (opt.)
1 1/2 c. carrots (opt.)
Onion, amt. to taste

Scrub potatoes and vegetables. Boil until done, (if potatoes are big, slice; slice carrots) drain. Make white sauce, pour over.

WHITE SAUCE:

1 c. milk
4 tsp. butter
4 tsp. flour
Dash of salt

Keep hot in crock pot or serve right away.
