1/4 c. salad oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cloves garlic

Mix all of the above ingredients together thoroughly and marinate your favorite cut of meat in this sauce overnight. (This is a great tenderizer for London Broil.)
