TERIYAKI SAUCE 
2 (46 oz.) canned pineapple juice
2 (1 lb.) boxes brown sugar
2 c. honey
4 c. dry sherry
6 c. soy sauce
2 oz. minced ginger (fresh)
2 oz. minced garlic

Combine all in a large sauce pot. Bring to a boil (hard) and thicken with cornstarch and water (approximately 1 cup cornstarch). Makes almost 2 gallons.
