SZEKELY GULYAS 
2 lb. pork, cubed
1 1/2 lb. sauerkraut
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 med. onion
2 tbsp. lard
1 tsp. paprika

Brown chopped onion in lard. Add paprika and meat. Salt and pepper to taste. Add small amount of water to prevent burning. Cook over low heat, until meat is done. Add sauerkraut, which has been soaked in cold water and drained. Cook until sauerkraut is brown. Thicken sour cream with a little flour, add mix through and heat thoroughly. Serve in small bowls alone or put over noodles.
