CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
2 (1/2 pint) containers dessert whipped topping
5 egg whites
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi sweet chocolate morsels
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. instant coffee
1 tbsp. orange or chocolate liqueur (optional)
Strawberries (optional)

Whip dessert whipped topping in bowl. In separate bowl whip up egg whites until they peak. Combine topping and egg whites. In microwave or double boiler, melt chocolate morsels. Add melted chocolate to whipped mixture, blend until smooth. Add vanilla, coffee, liqueur and mix into mixture. Top with strawberries.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
