MINT JELLY 
2 c. water
1 c. white vinegar
1 c. fresh mint leaves
6 drops green food coloring
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) bottle liquid fruit pectin

In large pan bring 2 cups water to a boil. Add pectin and mint leaves. Boil hard one minute. Remove mint leaves. Pour in jars.
