1/2 c. plus melted chocolate chips
1 to 2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. flavoring (vanilla, rum, brandy, peppermint)
1 lb. cottage cheese

Blend all in food processor until very smooth. Pour into dessert cups and chill. If desired serve with whipped cream.
