CHEESE BALL 
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 pkg. sliced pastrami, diced

Allow cream cheese to soften overnight. Beat cream cheese. Add onion and Worcestershire sauce. Add the remaining ingredients. (Dice the sliced meat.) Form into a ball and roll in nuts. Can be served immediately. Store in refrigerator.
