MOO GOO GAI PIEN 
8 oz. chicken breast (bone and skin removed)
Fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 sweet green pepper
Nappa cabbage
1/4 tsp. white pepper

Cut chicken in 1 x 1 x 1/4 inch pieces. Cut green pepper same size. Spray heavy skillet or wok with Pam and use high heat. Season chicken and stir fry about 2 minutes until it turns white. Add pepper pieces, cabbage and mushrooms. Season with white pepper and add a little Kikkoman soy sauce if desired. Low cal.
