JAM TWISTS 
1 egg
1/2 c. cream or milk
2 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. thick jam or preserves

Blend eggs and cream or milk. Stir in Bisquick and sugar until well blended. Turn out onto floured surface. Roll gently. Knead 15 times, roll in 15 x 9 inch rectangle. Spread with jam. Fold into thirds lengthwise to make a 15 x 3 inch rectangle. Cut into 1 inch strips. Holding strip at both ends, twist in opposite directions, twice, forming a spiral. Place twists 1 1/2 inch apart on greased paper, pressing both ends down. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Dust with confectioners sugar. Remove immediately. Makes 15.
