CHEESE-BEEF LOG | |
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese 1/2 c. finely shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 2 tsp. well drained horseradish 1/4 c. finely chopped dried beef 2 tbsp. finely chopped parsley Combine first 3 ingredients and beat until blended; chill. Mix beef and parsley and sprinkle on piece of waxed paper. Spoon cheese mixture on top and shape roll in 1 inch in diameter, rolling until coated with mixture. Wrap in paper and chill several hours. Cut in 1/4 inch slices and serve on crackers or toast rounds. Makes about 40 slices. |
