“CHOCOLATE PUDDING” IS IN:

CHOCOLATE PUDDING 
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons Dutch process cocoa
1 tablespoon cornstarch
3/4 cup 2% low-fat milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla

DIRECTIONS AND INGREDIENTS FOR 1 SERVING:

Combine sugar, cocoa, and cornstarch in a 1-quart glass measure, and stir well. Gradually add milk, stirring with a wire whisk. Microwave milk mixture on HIGH for 1 1/2 minutes, stirring often.

Microwave at MEDIUM HIGH (70% power) for 1 1/2 minutes, or until mixture has thickened.

Add the vanilla extract, and stir well with a wire whisk.

This recipe makes one 3/4 cup serving. The recipe may be easily doubled or tripled. Increase microwave time for larger recipes.
