LEMON JELLO CREAM SALAD 
1 lg. box lemon Jello
Juice of fresh lemon
1 tsp. almond extract
2 c. hot water
1 lg. can unsweetened crushed pineapple, use juice
1 lg. can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add lemon juice, almond extract, pineapple and oranges. Let thicken. Fold in whipped cream. Let set overnight. Serves 14.
