FRUITED LEMON SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon pudding and pie filling
1 1/2 c. diced orange sections or 1 can well drained mandarin oranges
1 c. sliced bananas
1/2 c. shredded coconut
1/2 c. whipping cream

Cook pudding as directed on package. Cool well and add fruit and coconut. Fold in whipped cream and 1 cup miniature marshmallows. Chill for several hours. Serve on lettuce with salad dressing or serve with whipped cream garnish. Serves 4-6.
