LEMON-LIME GELATIN SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (16 oz.) container cream-style cottage cheese
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip

Stir to dissolve Jello in the boiling water. Add the cottage cheese, evaporated milk, pineapple, and nuts. Fold in the Cool Whip and pour into a 9x13 inch dish. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
