OVEN FRIED POTATOES 
3 or 4 lg. potatoes
2 tbsp. oil
Salt and pepper

Cut potatoes (with or without skins) as French fries or thicker. Place in a large bowl. Salt and pepper; add oil and toss to coat evenly. Spread on lightly greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until done. (Will taste like deep-fried French fries with very little fat or calories!)
