MIRACLE CHEESE CAKE | |
1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon gelatin 1 c. boiling water 3 tbsp. lemon juice 8 oz. cream cheese 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chilled whipped cream 2 c. crushed graham crackers 1/2 c. butter, melted Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add lemon juice and cool. Cream together cheese, sugar and vanilla; add gelatin. Mix well. Fold whipped cream into gelatin mixture. Pour into 8 x 8 inch dish lined with 1/2 of cracker crust. Sprinkle remaining crust mixture on top. Refrigerate. |
