1 6 oz. pkg. choc. chips
1 stick butter

Melt above ingredients in microwave.

1 c. peanut butter
1 box Rice Chex or Crispix cereal
1 box powdered sugar

Add peanut butter to chocolate mixture, cool slightly. Pour over cereal, mix together. Pour into grocery bag and add powdered sugar. Shake well until coated.
