STEAK AND ZUCCHINI 
1 lb. round steak, cut in thin strips
1 tbsp. oil
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1/2 env. spaghetti sauce mix with mushrooms
3-4 med. zucchini, cut in 1/2" slices
Noodles or rice

In a large pan quickly brown steak strips in hot oil. Add soup, water, spaghetti sauce mix. Stir until well combined. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the zucchini. Cover and continue cooking 10-12 minutes until zucchini is tender crisp. Serve over noodles or rice.
