PEPPER STEAK WITH RICE 
Round steak, cut in thin strips, about 1" long
1 tsp. paprika
1 sm. clove garlic
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. green pepper strips
1 sm. tomato, chopped
1/3 c. beef broth, use 1 bouillon cube in 1 c. water for broth
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 tbsp. beef broth or 1 1/2 tbsp. water
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 c. Minute Rice (prepared with 1 c. water & 1 tbsp. butter)

Sprinkle steak with paprika and let stand while preparing other ingredients. Cook steak and garlic in butter until meat is brown. Add onions, green pepper, continue cooking until vegetables are wilted. Add tomato and broth; cover and simmer about 15 minutes. (Prepare rice while this simmers.) Blend water with cornstarch and soy sauce. Stir into steak and cook until thickened. Serve over rice.
