COMPANY BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. cooked broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese (mild)
1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, chopped
1 c. snack crackers, crushed
1/4 c. nuts, chopped

Arrange broccoli in buttered 2 quart casserole dish. Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and 1/2 cup of cheese together. Spoon over broccoli. Sprinkle pimento, nuts, cracker crumbs and remaining 1/4 cup cheese over top. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Yield 8 servings.
