CHICKEN CACCIATORE 
1 (3 lb.) frying chicken, cut up
Flour
1-2 tbsp. olive or canola oil
1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
1/8 tsp. allspice
3 tsp. McCormick Season-All
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. McCormick Italian seasoning
Pinch of cayenne pepper
3 1/2 c. crushed tomatoes (1 lg. can)
1/2 c. white wine or water

(Or 4 chicken breast halves - skinned and all fat trimmed).

Dredge chicken pieces in flour, brown in oil on all sides until golden. Combine remaining ingredients, and pour over chicken. Bring to low simmer, cover and cook 45 minutes to 1 hour - turning several times. Serve over pasta or noodles. Serves 4-6.
