BAKED CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of milk
3/4 c. uncooked rice
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms and liquid
1 env. dry onion soup
3 chicken breasts, deboned and split

Heat oven 350 degrees. Blend soup and milk. Reserve 1/2 of mixture. Stir together remaining mixture, rice, mushrooms and 1/2 envelope of soup mix. Pour in an 11x7 baking dish.

Place breasts on mixture. Pour reserved soup on chicken and sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour. Uncover and bake 15 minutes.
