BAKED CHICKEN BREAST 
1/2 c. rice
1 can mushroom soup
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
4 lg. chicken breasts
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste

Spread rice evenly over bottom of 9 x 12 inch baking dish or casserole. Place chicken parts or breast on top of rice with skin side up. Mix the 2 cans of soup with water. Pour over chicken and mushrooms that have been drained. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until chicken is tender and rice is done.
