ZUCCHINI SOUP 
5 sm. zucchini (pare, skin & remove seeds if they are too big)
5 chicken bouillon cubes
5 c. water
1 chopped onion
1 pt. creamora
1/2 tsp. dried basil
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook zucchini, onion and bouillon cubes in 5 cups water until soft. Run through blender. Add creamora, salt, pepper and basil. Stir until creamy or put back in blender until creamora is dissolved.
