JOHN'S MOUTHWATERING MEATLOAF 
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground veal
1/2 lb. ground sausage
3 eggs
Mushrooms
2 onions
1 green pepper, finely chopped
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp. A-1 sauce
1 sm. can tomato sauce
3 cheese slices

Mix all the above except tomato sauce and cheese slices. After mixing, put into pan, layering to put cheese slices in middle with another meat layer on top. Make sure you pat layers so you can no longer see any cheese. At least 1/2 hour before done, put tomato sauce on top. Do not dilute. Slit top of meatloaf diagonal 2 or 3 times. Cook at 325 degrees, cover until last 1/2 hour.
