ZUCCHINI SQUARES 
3 c. thinly sliced zucchini (circles)
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tbsp. seasoned salt
Dash pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 lg. eggs, slightly beaten

Heat oven to 350. Grease 13x9 pan. Mix all ingredients saving zucchini until last. Spread in pan. Bake until golden, about 25 minutes. Cut into squares of desired size. Freezes well, but serve warm.
