3 eggs
1 1/2 lb. cream cheese
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. half and half
1 c. sugar

Separate eggs. Beat egg whites. Mix other 5 ingredients and fold into egg whites.

CRUST:

1 box Zweiback (the secret ingredient)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Crush Zweiback. Add sugar, melted butter, and vanilla. Line pan (pull-away pan) with 1/2 crust. Add cream cheese mixture. Layer remaining crust mixture on top. Bake at 250 degrees for 2 hours.
