3-4 lb. roast

Cube roast when still half frozen.

1 can beer
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 c. jalapeno peppers with juice
1 beef bouillon cube

Cook all ingredients 6 to 8 hours in slow cooker.
