NANNY'S STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 pkg. white cake mix (Duncan Hines Deluxe)
1 tbsp. flour
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
4 tsp. sugar
3/4 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. water
10 oz. frozen strawberries, divided
4 eggs

In dividing the 10 ounce package of frozen strawberries, try to put more of the juice in the cake batter so frosting will not be too runny, 1/2 cup for cake.

Mix cake mix with all other ingredients except eggs. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Divide among 3 (8") greased cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. (Also good in tube pan.)

FROSTING:

1 box confectioners' sugar
1 stick butter, soft but not melted
1/2 c. strawberries

Mix all ingredients beating well. This is enough to frost a 3 layer cake.
