1 (12 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate
14 oz. light Karo syrup
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
1/2 lb. butter

(I use empty Eagle Brand can to measure).

In double boiler, melt all ingredients. Cook 30 minutes stirring frequently. Reheat and serve on ice cream.
