1 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pineapple with sweet juice
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs (or Eggbeaters for 2 eggs)

Mix sugar and flour together, then add all other ingredients. Pour in unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 1 pie.
