MACARONI SALAD 
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 pt. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. wet mustard
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. onions
3 hard-cooked eggs
1 shredded carrot

Boil first 5 ingredients. Set aside. Boil 1/2 pound macaroni for 10 minutes, then drain. Mix mayonnaise with mustard; add celery, onions and carrot. Add boiled mixture to the mayonnaise mixture and blend with macaroni. Stir in chopped eggs last.
