BROWN SUGAR CAKE 
1 c. butter, melted
1 box light brown sugar
3/4 c. white sugar
2 c. flour
1 pinch of salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites, beaten
2 c. chopped pecans

Melt butter; pour over brown sugar; mix; add remaining dry ingredients; mix; add egg yolks and mix; add beaten egg whites and mix; stir in pecans. Bake in greased oblong baking dish at 325 degrees for 50 minutes.
