ORANGE CHICKEN AND STUFFING 
1 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper
Lg. orange, sliced
1 c. orange juice
2/3 c. water
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Stove Top

1. Brown chicken in butter in large skillet over medium heat - move chicken to side of skillet. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and top each piece with orange slice.

2. Add orange juice, water and contents of vegetable-seasoning packet. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 minutes.

3. Remove from heat, stir in stuffing crumbs until completely moistened. Cover and let stand 5 minutes.
