CAVIAR 
1 (4 oz.) jar caviar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 slices lemon
1 tsp. sour cream
1 tbsp. cream
2 hard boiled eggs, separated, chopped
Dash Worcestershire sauce
Chopped onions

Mix cheese, sour cream, cream and Worcestershire sauce. Shape into mound. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Spread caviar on top, squirt lemon juice. Sprinkle with onions, chopped egg whites, then yolks.
