1 (303) can black eyed peas
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 (5 oz.) jar Old English cheese spread

Drain and mash peas. Add and mix other ingredients. Microwave 2 minutes until warm and to melt cheese.

Serve as dip with dipper size chips.
