BLUE CHEESE DRESSING 
1 qt. Hellmann's mayonnaise (must be Hellmann's)
2 (4 oz.) squares blue cheese
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 level tbsp. garlic powder
1 level tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. concentrated lemon juice or 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Combine in small saucepan 1 square of blue cheese, crumbled, evaporated milk, garlic, sugar, lemon juice or Tabasco. Cook over low heat (do not allow to boil) stir until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.

Combine in large mixing bowl, Hellmann's, remaining square of cheese, crumbled. Add warm cheese sauce; stir well.

Store in empty Hellmann's jar (you will have a small dish also). Keeps well in the refrigerator for 6 to 8 weeks.
