CDR PINE'S AMARETTO CAKE 
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 (18 1/2 oz.) Duncan Hines Golden Cake mix (butter recipe)
1/2 c. Amaretto
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. vegetable oil

Grease bundt or tube pan. Crumble nuts in bottom of pan. Mix all ingredients at medium speed for 2 minutes. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Remove cake from oven and immediately pour hot glaze on top. (Causes cake to settle.) Cool cake in pan 30 minutes.

GLAZE:

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
1 stick butter
1/4 c. Amaretto

Boil ingredients in saucepan for 2 to 3 minutes.
