KUGELI 
1 lb. bacon, cut up sm.
8 lg. potatoes, grated
3 eggs
3 onions, grated
1 lg. can evaporated milk
2 tbsp. farina
1 tsp. salt

Fry bacon until crisp. Grate potatoes and onion. Add beaten egg, milk, salt and farina. Pour bacon and about 3 tablespoons bacon fat over all. Mix and bake about 1 hour at 350 degrees until light brown.
