ORIENTAL CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 c. onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can bean sprouts
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. cooked rice
1 can chow mein noodles

Brown hamburger. Add onion, soups, bean sprouts, soy sauce and cooked rice. Pour into casserole dish. Bake 1/2 hour, then add chow mein noodles and bake 1/2 hour longer in moderate oven, 350 degrees.
