ANGEL CAKE 
1 pkg. angel food cake mix
3 (10 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 lg. carton whipped topping
1 lg. pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix, prepared
1/4 c. slivered almonds, toasted

Prepare and bake cake according to package directions; cool. Tear into bite sized pieces. Layer half of the cake, pudding, fruit and whipped topping in large bowl. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients. Top with almonds. Chill until serving time. Yield: 25 servings.
