BRUNCH BACON & EGGS 
4 slices bacon, diced & cooked
2 c. plain croutons
1 c. shredded Sharp Cheddar
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/8 tsp. onion powder
Dash of pepper

Grease a 10 x 6 inch baking dish or a casserole dish. Place croutons and cheese on bottom of dish. Beat together the eggs, milk, salt, mustard, onion powder and pepper and pour over the croutons and cheese. Sprinkle bacon on top. Bake at 325 degrees 45 to 55 minutes until eggs are set.
