JULIE'S MOCK BOURSIN 
8 oz. butter
16 oz. cream cheese
3 cloves, crushed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dill
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. pepper

Soften butter and cream cheese. Mix all ingredients together. Form into a ball or place in container and freeze until needed.
