BOURSIN BY ANN 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tsp. dill weed
2 tsp. basil
2 tsp. caraway seeds
2 tsp. chives or green onion tops
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Lemon pepper seasoning

In a blender or mixing bowl, cream together the cheese, dill weed, basil, caraway seeds, chives and garlic. Shape into a ball and roll in the lemon pepper seasoning to coat. Chill several hours and serve with crackers.
