OUTRAGEOUS CHOCOLATE-CHIP
CHEESECAKE
 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. butter, melted
24 oz. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
12 oz. bag mini chocolate chips, semi-sweet
6 oz. bag Heath brittle chips

1. Combine crumbs, sugar, and butter. Press into bottom of a 9 inch springform pan sprayed with Pam.

2. Combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla mixing at medium speed with an electric mixer.

3. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

4. Fold in chocolate pieces.

5. Pour into crust and sprinkle on the Heath bits.

6. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes - then reduce heat to 250 degrees and continue baking for 35 more minutes.

7. After removing from oven loosen cake from rim of pan with a knife but cool completely before removing rim.

8. Chill. Serves 10-12.
