CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE 
1 1/2 c. Oreos, crushed
1/4 c. melted butter
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
14 oz. can Eagle sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. mini chocolate morsels
1 tsp. flour

1. Blend crushed Oreos and butter together and pat firmly into the bottom of a 9 inch spring pan.

2. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add condensed milk and beat until smooth.

3. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.

4. Toss semi-sweet chips in flour and stir into cheese mixture.

5. Pour into spring pan and sprinkle top with some mini chips.

6. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Cool to room temperature. Chill, then remove from pan.
