PRUNE BREAD 
FILLING:

1 lb. prunes
1 c. raisins
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. nuts
1/2 c. sugar

BREAD DOUGH:

1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. scalded milk
1 egg yolk
3 1/2 c. flour

FILLING:

Cook prunes for 20 minutes. Cool then remove pits. Put raisins in hot water for 5 minutes. Mash prunes, raisins, and nuts. Add sugar, flour, and spread on bread mixture.

DOUGH:

Mix the bread dough ingredients. Let rise until double. Punch down. Fill with prune filling. Let rise. Bake in 325 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
